Urban & Beach Furniture puts a lot of time and emphasis into sourcing only the best possible products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Delivery:
All products are thoroughly checked at our warehouse or shop prior to dispatch and leave in what we deem as a 'standard condition' or the condition that purchasing decision was made off from the showroom floor.
Please inspect product on delivery for damage in transit. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, no claim for transportation damage will be accepted outside this period.
 
Refund Policy:
Please choose carefully. As refunds are not automatic, especially if you simply change your mind. A refund, exchange or credit will be made where the goods are faulty, or wrongly described. Returns will be issued a credit note to the same value of the goods.  
 
Our standard right of return or exchange is subject to the following conditions:
- Goods must be returned in a re-saleable (new) condition
- Good must be returned in their original packaging.
- Any item purchased on a sale or an end of line items can not be returned.
- Any item that has been custom made or altered.
- Any item that has been specially ordered in for a customer. 
- In the event that the exchanged item product is of less value than the originally purchased item, a store credit will be issued for the remaining value.
 
Faulty Goods:
If the goods that have been damaged through misuse by the customer or if the damage is normal wear and tear, Urban Beach is not obliged to accept the return.

Pre-orders:  If you cancel a pre-ordered item after 3 days of purchase, your deposit will be forfeited.
